The course starts the 1.6 mile mark on the profile. Descend for a short distance followed by a sustained climb to the grass
track. Climb out of the grass track to the radio towers. A short section through the woods brings you past the flying field
and back towards the race pavillion area. Down the hill, cross the road, back up hill towards the pavillion. Lather rinse
repeat at least 12 times for best results. The course has 3.07 miles of descending and 3.08 miles of climbing.
